Bamboo Terrace Wasaga Beach in Wasaga Beach

Got delivery. Rice was very greasy. Cantonese Chow Mein is supposed to have pan fried noodles. They were not pan fried. Instead they were a big clump of sticky noodles with very little vegetables in it and no sauce. Very disappointing. Excellent Spring Rolls though..

Place is clean. Food is good

Doesn't seem to have a working number, tried a few different numbers and got their fax machine or someone totally different. Not sure how their food is as we never got a chance to even place an order. Very disappointed.

Sadly the rice was mushy , The veggies where not Fully done. Last time. And the whole reason I'm writing this review is the phone service and the hostess that was taking orders and seating was elderly and very rude when miscommunicating a order than proceding to tell us to order somewhere else after phone tag. We ended up going to the Collingwood location and was created with some polite and friendly staff and theybevn where cleaning upon arrival. TDLR: if you have time go to Collingwood location. Or Kitcho.

Not sure why there's bad reviews. Just ate here food was awsome service was good and the restaurant is nice and clean. I ordered the chicken lo mein it was very good glad we stopped here for lunch.

My wife and I go here regularly, and we've always had a very good meal. The food has always been hot and delicious. The facility has always been clean. Staff are very friendly. There is often only one server on duty, and most times, service had been quite punctual. Never had any issues.

Refused to serve us an hour and a half before closing, just stared at us until we left the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend.

we showed up 45 minutes before the place closed. i felt very uncomfortable while she watched us eat the entire time. tells us 15 minutes later while we are eating that me have half an hour and then we have to leave. tapping her foot on the ground with her arms crossed. we decided to leave early and take our food to go because we felt pressured. idk why but i tipped her cause i felt bad. very unpleasant experience.

Fried rice is great, so are the Shanghai noodles. Overall good experience

Always good food

Very understaffed restaurant despite predictability of a busy day like Mother's day. Priority appeared to be made toward patrons ordering take-out to go. Tables left uncleared for very long period. Spring rolls were cold inside. Entrées arriving at different times. Food was very tasteful and fresh once it arrived.Reasonable prices. Atmosphere was odd with take out people standing anywhere and server yelling out take out names over the whole restaurant.

We always dine in @ Bamboo Terrace! Clean establishment owners and wait staff very friendly! Food always tastes great! No complaints!

Group of a 8 people celebrating a birthday while up at the cottage! I was afraid after reading the reviews, after my experience I'm not sure if these reviews are for the same place! Food: Excellent. We ordered 10 dishes. All came out piping hot, all at the same time, plentiful amounts of food per serving. So much so that everyone was able to pack a lunch for the next day. Veggies were crisp and not covered in that corn starch slurry that you many times see in other Chinese food restaurants.Service: Benny the owner was our server, the restaurant was full and it was a Monday night. He was attentive and always filling up our waters and making sure that everything was fine. Taking phone orders and tending to tables he made if look so easy. Even when busy he still had a smile on his face.So if your looking for great Chinese good while in wasaga I strongly recommend this place.

When they first moved into our town, we thought the food rated as good as any we have had outside of Wasaga Beach and better than most. But in the last couple of years the quality has certainly gone down hill and continues to do so. On our order this week our egg rolls were burn dark brown, fried dumpling were all broken, greasy and tasted like cabbage, the jumbo shrimp were so small and thin with a very heavy coating of batter that you really couldn’t taste shrimp at all.They were not jumbo or even medium. We won’t be ordering again unless things change for the better.

Service was decent, food was nothing to rave about but they had good portions. However my shrimp in my spring rolls was still raw!

FOOD HORRIBLE!!!Soup & Plum Sauce watered down. Chicken Balls taste like rubber. Food Court food is at least hot & tasteful, this slop had no taste.What is worst of all are the poor Giant Koi fish stacked up in a small, filthy aquarium nibbling on a dead fish at the bottom of the tank! Can't believe that no one has called the SPCA!Demanding my Money Back & will NEVER eat there again!!!

Food is decent !! But owner is a real piece of work!!!!. Word of advice, review your order before leaving!!! Numerous times I've had items missing or wrong, when you call in she always denies that you have a problem and then finally she will promise you a credit to be used on your next visit. Next time you order they will 1000% tell you they have nothing written down!!!! REVIEW ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Word of advice.......

My husband and I go there alot. Either eat in which has been amazing..food really good and hot, service has been exceptional everytime. And we have ordered and went and picked it up to go. Everything has been great food really good and hot. Highly recommend the Bamboo Terrac.

Basic food , price is good for portion but food isnt anything to write home about

Service was polite will taking our money for incorrect food sitting in water The wife ordered a moo goo guy pan it came sitting in half an inch of water .Her comment was I didn't order soup I ordered Cantonese chow mien( been ordering for years my favorite dish ) and got some chicken special dish and was told it was the same thing . When I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered was told again its the same thing . There was very little food on the plate ,and again a plate with food sitting in water . The worse chinese food ever . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE . We left there and went to subway because we were still hungry after spending over $32 .......

Speedy wait times! Food is a little greasy, but excellent service and happy staff.

I came here with two friends 50 minutes before close to eat in. The food was good but service was horrible. The waitress was miserable and told us we only had 10-15 minutes to eat before we would get kicked out. She then sat there and watched us eat the whole time. When we went to open our fortune cookies she threw her hands up in annoyance. We took majority of our meal to go since we were so uncomfortable.

Beware! I acquired food poisoning from this restaurant! Two days kissing the porcelain queen throwing up. The meat was barely cooked... should have listened to my instincts and not have eaten it. The place is dirty, the kitchen must mirror that. Listen to the reviews on here and stay away. You could become very ill!

We booked a table for 8 pm on New Years Eve 2015. Arrived at 7:45 and were told by customers leaving the restaurant that the wait time was 2 hours. We decided to give it a chance so entered the restaurant and were seated and served our drinks promptly. There were at least 8 people waiting for take out food and some of them had phoned early afternoon for pick up at 7 and had over a 1 hour wait. Many unhappy customers. We then started to hear complaints from other seated customers that they had been waiting over 1 hour for service. We then paid for our drinks and left and some others did the same.We had been at this restaurant many times and always had good service and good food. The restaurant obviously did not prepare for the rush of customers on New Years Eve.
